What Are Ventilation Control Methods of Negative Pressure Blowers?

Ventilation Control Methods of Negative Pressure Blowers

1. Local exhaust ventilation

For places where the pollutants are centrally divergent, with the divergent state characterized by low aerodynamic conditions, or where the pollutants, including dust, malodorant etc., have to be gathered at an airflow of 8 meters per minute, the negative pressure blowers should adopt such ventilation control method. When using such control method, small negative pressure blowers or axial-flow blowers are required to extract and discharge them.

2. Diluted ventilation

Diluted ventilation requires several sets of negative pressure blowers or axial-flow blowers or recirculation blowers to constantly pump the external clean air and continuously disperse the plant dirt, so that the volatilization and accumulation of air pollutants during the production will reach the risk limit or degree. Therefore, the diluted ventilation control method applies to places where the plant air pollutants are generally divergent, not concentrated at several original points, and also applies to places where local divergence has escaped into plant air. In fact, the effective ventilation control will combine the local exhaust and diluted ventilation methods, which not only has the advantages of the both, but also is reasonable in economy. This is because many working places may have both the pollutant divergence and the local pollutant divergence, and the combined control can make the local exhaust pollutants be removed from the starting point of divergence, diluting the air volume required for ventilation and largely reducing the negative pressure blowers. This is benefit to equipment budget and human consumption.
