Installation and Operation Instructions of Roof Negative Pressure Blowers

Installation steps: 

1. Make frameworks according to the roof inclination and install the negative pressure blower horizontally and vertically. 

2. Apply rust-proof treatment, spraying by iron red anti rust paint. 

3. Make an opening at the corresponding roof position, and cut off the color steel tile. 

4. Fix the framework, with the force bearing place of the framework coinciding with the arc-shaped steel, and screw it up by self-drilling screws. 

5. Install the negative pressure blower. 

6. Cover up the color steel tile, bind the edge, cut the color steel tile and fill the gap. 

7. Implement waterproof treatment, fill the gap by neutral weather-proof glass glue, as the gap may cause rainwater and air to enter following the wind. 

8. Connect the cables and fix them by metal wires (plastic cable ties are easy to aging). In row installation, the framework is manufactured at the installation site.
