How do animal husbandry blowers promote the development of the breeding industry?
In recent years, the appropriate living environments are very important to the stockbreeding industry. Unventilated and air-tight environments can cause different diseases to different livestock, as they generate odor gas, harmful gas, dust, suspended particle, sulfur monoxide, nitrogen oxid, carbon monoxide etc.. The livestock diseases have caused significant economic losses to the livestock husbandry and the reduction of relevant livestock diseases has become the problem of the livestock farm. In the following, our company will introduce you about the changes brought by animal husbandry blowers to the development of the breeding industry. Animal husbandry blowers are also called negative pressure blowers, which are a type of ventilation fans. As they are mainly applied to negative pressure ventilation and cooling project, they are also called negative pressure fans, which can solve the ventilation and cooling problems simultaneously. Negative pressure fans are characterized in huge volume, big air duct, big blade diameter, big exhaust volume, low energy consumption, slow speed, low noise etc., and are mainly divided into square galvanized plate negative pressure fans and horn glass-fiber reinforced plastic negative pressure fans from the structural material. During this process, the doors and windows near the animal husbandry blowers shall be kept closed to force the air to flow into the workshop from doors and windows at one side of the air inlet. The air orderly flows into the workshop from the air inlet and is then exhausted out of the workshop from the animal husbandry fans, reaching the ventilation effect within several seconds from switching on the fans.
